Even though the main set was released in June, Wizards of the Coast had planned a holiday release for November 3 It wasnt initially clear exactly what the holiday release would entail until todays preview panel at MagicCon Las Vegas, where we learned that it will feature new scene boxes and new card styles in special edition Collector Boosters
The designers settled on Plot, a fair but powerful mechanic which is near its best on a card like this
Of course, we think the price on this one may have more to do with the rarity and artwork than any tabletop prowess
However, be wary of filling other people's graveyard, I'd prefer this in a deck that already wants to be doing that
Sidisi rewards your self-mill effects by giving you a 2/2 Zombie creature token when one or more creatures are put into your graveyard from your library, letting you get more value out of your triggers
But for cards already worth 100+ raw, or vintage holos with strong nostalgia appeal, grading can double or triple valueand we'd rather customers hear that from us than figure it out after selling raw at a loss
