Mirage Mirror can turn into a duplicate land, but a lot of the time you'll want that land to be producing mana, and the mana cost on Mirrage Mirror's ability doesn't leave much profit
Craft abilities are written "Craft with [materials] [mana]", which means "[Mana], Exile this permanent, Exile [materials] from among permanents you control and/or cards in your graveyard: Return this card to the battlefield transformed under its owner's control
Its fairly common for the rarest cards to add an additional visual element that mark their rarity
Casting it sounds much better though, where the least it can do is draw you a spell of some kind and the best it can do is cast a 5-drop for free
