While there are many options in Modern for true two-mana land ramp spells like Farseek and Sakura-Tribe Elder, Historic does not currently have a "true" one (not counting Growth Spiral or Explore which aren't guaranteed)
Boomerang Basics is perfect if you want to return your exhaust creatures to your hand and draw a card in the process, and it works as a basic bounce effect
7: You get an emblem with "Whenever a Mountain enters the battlefield under your control, this emblem deals 4 damage to any target." Koth's emblem is colorless

There are only nine other spell cards in the deck, not including the Commander, so this setup is entirely welcoming to new players who just want to get a feel for the game, but also want to be competitive in any game they play
This alternate art and frame treatment offers a look reminiscent of D&D stat pages with some epic black-and-white art and a stunning red background
