#54 Fasting (The Dark) Why is it bad
Ummm...........I had a different solution in mind that I thought was optimal went something like Opponent turn 1: Elixir My Turn 1: Warden Opponent turn 2: (Most other plays are unsafe due to Kolaghans command so...) activate Elixir (opponent at 15 life) My turn 2: Level up Warden, attack (opponent at 12 life) Opponent turn 3: (Needs to get Elixir out of hand since I still have Thoughtseize) Elixir, Blackmail on Kolaghans command, Warden My turn 3: Attack with warden (opponent at 9 life) Opponent turn 4: 3/3 Warden, dont attack, activate elixir (opponent at 14 life) My turn 4: dont attack Opponent turn 5: lifelinking Warden, attack (opponent at 17 life) 17 is less than 19
This is why a lot of people will run Dark Law as a Cherries target as they "respect" the potential threat that this deck can pose in the metagame
If an effect would set your life total to a certain number that's different than your current life total, that part of the effect won't do anything
You got control decks, combos, fast red decks, and favorite cards in each color
