In a normal deck with a few answers of each common card like an Azorius deck with 7-10 counters, two commonly played exiling removal and Pongify (plus Swords and Path) you have a few chances of finding the answer to that Blightsteel Colossus attacking you or that Thassa's Oracle that was just cast that'll win the game with its trigger

It only produces colorless mana, and all three of its abilities are fairly overcosted, but that doesnt really matter
