Still not convinced of this cards value

While the non-Surge Foil Character Card version of this card can be had for around $10, and non-Character versions are available on the cheap, the Surge Foiling method on this card sends the price skyrocketing above $50, as it was only available in Collector Boosters

This is all good if youre honest, but its easy to see how some folks might exploit the situation

The future is uncertain, but it looks bright for Latios

Take on the role of iconic heroes like Cloud, Terra, Tifa, or Noctis, and face legendary foes such as Kefka or Golbez

If youre not on the play but this land is in your opening hand, it enters with a luck counter and starts to tap for any color of mana immediately, which essentially gives you a head start
