It has the kraken creature type so it could technically be filler in a kraken deck and function as both an early blocker and later threat once some other card buffs it, but Im not too happy with this card overall
If a permanent with a finality counter on it would go to a graveyard from the battlefield, exile it instead
They haven't been used too often, usually appearing as "one-off" mechanics in most sets
