Because your Arise-Heart already has three materials , you can use the effect to target one card in the field and banish it face-down , triggering the effect of Diablosis to destroy the top 7 cards of your opponent's deck
This affordable attack also has an additional benefit: it does 20 extra damage for each Energy attached to your opponent's Active Pokmon
The second is that as a token doubler, you can warp it in for one mana and take a big turn
