So instead of making the card's abilities based on aeon's abilities, I made the card with only the names of Anima's special attacks, Pain and Oblivion in mind and tried to make what I think "Pain" and "Oblivion" would be in Magic the Gathering

Like most Magic: The Gathering cards, the value of Noxious Gearhulk depends on a few consistent factors: its rarity, the printing and finish (regular or foil), its physical condition, and the set it was printed in (Kaladesh Inventions)
In Modern, apart from spawning a new type of deck, the most likely home seems to be some sort of combo deck where Glorious End can buy one extra turn to set up the combo and win the game
