A fairly old (or fairly new, depending on which side of the millennium you were born) creature from the MTG set Journey into Nyx, Sage of Hours is part of my most hated group of Magic cards: an extra turn spell
Its a quintessential Disney moment, beautifully realized in Lorcana form
This card is the reason why the format is balanced: as I said before, combo decks like Creativity and Belcher play various disruption spells (for one mana Veil of Summer, for zero mana Pact of Negation and Teferi, Time Raveler) so Force of Negation is the best answer to back up another counter, due to its unfair cost

Also, I love that Heliods triggered ability can put a +1/+1 counter on itself even when its not a creature
