The flashback on this red sorcery is very important since decks looking to resolve Past in Flames are often trying to do so from the graveyard
A lot of the early characters that you bring into play have a low strength, so Only So Much Room is going to be useful at mitigating that, forcing one of those cards back into your opponents hand, while allowing you to get a character card back from your own discard pile

If you survive, you can then take one hell of a turn
Thats why if you expect to play against decks with a lot of ways to remove artifacts (Boseiju, Leyline Binding) or with both Teferi, Time Raveler and Rest in Peace, then maybe playing Prismatic Ending and paying more mana, but dealing with the hate for good is a better thing to do
