Once per turn, when creatures with counters on them deal combat damage to a player, the player who controls Tidus can draw a card and proliferate (i.e., add an extra counter to creatures and permanents that already have them)
Then with the introduction of Alt Arts that meant some pokemon could have 4 cards for them(flat v, full art, rainbow, and alt art)
This included the anticipated trading update, which would allow players to trade cards with one another to complete collections and build decks faster
