You may choose none of the modes, some of them, or all of them
Endless Atlas gives you constant card draw so long as you have three lands with the same name, War Room lets you pay one life to draw a card, and Minas Tirith draws a card so long as you attacked with at least two creatures
The last thing you want the recipient to experience is a whole pile of disorganized cards when they open that package
According to Dot Esports the two most valuable cards are Roaring Moon, which could sell for up to $5.70 and Dragonite, which could sell for up to $5.50
(Deceive EOT make a 1/1, firebrand face, dreadful unblocked creature, 16 damage.) If you aren't in the mindset of constantly evaluating whether you can end the game with the cards you have, you are missing opportunities and not going to succeed to the fullest
This one is not a slam dunk like the next card on this list (and almost every one thereafter), but I do think that a deck that wants to make an Army might want it, especially out of the side
