Im excited to give this a try in a Selesnya deck with a lot of dorks, since youll be left untouched while your opponents struggle to understand that Rampant Growth costs three now and that seven dollars is the new normal for a carton of eggs
While this was partly because people simply assumed Dredge couldn't work without the banned cards (without Dread Return, the Bridge from Below combo doesn't work, and without the combo, traditional Dredge was off the table in Modern), it's also that the deck was simply lurking behind the scenes, waiting for the right pieces to be printed
WotC prints cards that make everyone discard on a regular basis, and theres always a new commander that gives a new spin on this theme
I think Nazgl is worth toying around with, but it probably wont make a splash in cEDH
The non-enchantment clause is odd but is probably intended to stop coeurl being an easy answer to the sets new Saga Summon creatures
