There's a couple of issues at play here - the cards are obviously not in packs at this point, and while the rarity makes it pretty easy to compose boosters of 11 commons, 3 uncommons, and 1 rare/mythic, the cards are not sorted per set -- are there any considerations to be made regarding to mixing sets

But when you battle someone - and that someone happens to have a rare card that you don't - you get the prompt to add that person as a friend at the end

The only problem is that the populate effect goes on the stack first if you cast a spell that makes a token, so its better to cast this after you already have some tokens

It coulda been somebody, instead of a bum, which is what it is, let's face it

I can cast it whenever I want, such as during my upkeep or during my opponents combat
