With his DARK such as Sanganand discs, he can always follow the existence of this card for monsters with ATK 1000 or less, and his Deck can change his ATK of monsters such as Cyberdark

Its still an absolute nuisance in casual Commander, usually paired with Time Sieve for infinite turns

You have to be careful not to push too far, but I think the improvise cards printed so far have all toed that line really well
