While the artwork wont look familiar with an overtly doodle look that certainly stands out as unique, the general concept is still the same: affording your opponent with the classic catch-22
Iris means serious business, with two NM copies of this card selling in 2024 for $129 and $200, with some LP sales following close behind at the $100 mark and below
Still, it's accessible in design, presented well enough, the nostalgia isn't excessive and the obsessive realism in the pack-opening feels somehow both endearing and a little bit intense, like somebody who's really, really into model trains
But even a free Raise Dead for a dork or a planeswalker can be good
