The obvious comparison is to Awakening Zone, and overall I think this card is weaker

The four decks are generally solid but, with so many Commander decks every year, they do feel a little uninspired

Phenax Is Instant-Speed Pressure: Since Phenax grants the ability at instant speed, you can mill during opponents' end steps, dodge removal, and always threaten the win

Mono-Red is already a standout deck in that format, and the ability to more consistently splash Klothys, God of Destiny - maybe never exposing a second source of Green an entire long game - seems like an impending technology reboot for the format
