The simplest way of answering this for Pokmon is by first pointing to the number of Pokmon cards out there
The first time you cast a spell during an opponents turn, you get to look at the top two cards of your deck
This might seem like a huge flaw, but you will find that it benefits you
Place your card into a card protector or sleeve, use material such as a top loader to protect the card, and then place it into a bubble mailer or secure envelope before sending it out
any creature with toughness two or less will immediately die on hitting the battlefield, and creatures are what power most decks
After all, if that was true, we might suspect that any deck with only a handful of appearances could get a high GWP/4-0 rate score, which wouldn't necessarily mean that Mono U Tron, Amulet Bloom, etc
