The key to doing this kind of card would be making it feel like a I lit your stuff on fire, drop it kind of feel rather than a white taxing effect

This is a great card for any mill deck in Pioneer because it can give you the safe, low-cost mill of eight cards or can do some serious damage albeit, for a much greater cost
