Most of the three-cost cards need to be a location to get value , so for most turns, it is better to play a three-cost and spend one to move them to Skull Rock or Rapunzel's Tower on turn four rather than play a four-cost card on curve
These cards dont have frames of any kind or any other color indicator anywhere on the card
Fortunately, ice works the same way everywhere
But despite the emphasis on spells costing four mana or more, I think that the most aggressive versions of UR are the most powerful ones, especially if youre not splashing in other colors
