Its exceedingly fair in a rather unexciting way and looks distinctly less interesting than the Sultai Arisen backup commander, Teval, the Balanced Scale

I honestly cant tell if this card is supposed to be menacing or goofy

Firkraag and Bhaal, a precon Commander and one in the main set, respectively, are two pretty attractive new Commanders that care about Goad, and thats not to mention Mazzy, Truesword Paladin who is secretly also a Goad Commander

This isnt too expensive when you consider the other cards in Arabian Nights (Shahrazad, Bazaar of Baghdad, and Juzm Djinn are all present in this set as well), but it does top the list of basics more generally

The way that the Pokmon TCG treats Full Art cards has changed between its eras, which does introduce some complications, but the basic terminology in use remains easily understood
