Malcolm, the Eyes decks are all about cheap spells
The only drawbacks here are that it's limited to 2 card types and goes on top of your library instead of in hand
The upside is interesting here, and in many EDH games, you should be able to mill 25+ cards with Space-Time Anomaly alone
