Anytime you cast a spell with cascade, you get to put a +1/+1 counter on an artifact or creature with The First Doctor, turning your spells into two-for-ones and giving your creatures a boost
I have some faith, the other promos they do on the Pokmon center website usually dont sell out super fast (plz dont Jynx me) #9 It would be nice if someday they announce a pokemon center for europe #10 At least these Promos are (supposedly) running all year so they should have a pretty large amount of them
