Counters are probably one of Silverquills strongest mechanics, and Felisa leads the charge here very well
Sure, you could already do that with Hangarback Walker, but this is a creature that youve already gotten some use out of, and it just hangs out and threatens to flip Liliana at any time, so you can cash it in to flip right away, or you can save it and just play a normal game with Liliana, but your opponent cant use a removal spell on Liliana because youll just flip it in response
So it's understandable that infinite mana is incredibly powerful, especially in Commander
Or Have a bag full of scraps that represent each ability and have your opponent grab one at random each turn
It will let you cast a free spell for every time it is cast or copied, as copies will have the same X value as the original casting of Electrodominance
Warrior is a well-supported type in Commander, so there are possibilities for the card there, but this isnt coming anywhere near Standard unless something massive changes soon
