That's Honorable Passage in a nutshell: good for making Jackal Pup bite the hand that feeds it, not so good for stopping your opponent's Memory Jar deck
You can cast Failure to bounce a spell and then Comply naming the spell, and your opponent can't cast it on their next turn, but Reflector Mage (an uncommon itself upgraded from common thanks to the "can't cast" clause) comes along with a very blinkable and close to on-curve body, which makes it much, much better than Failure // Comply
As I mentioned, this list isnt entirely exclusive because some cards dont have a market price yet, so always give an eye to current listings when trying to evaluate your booster pack pulls
