We decided that we wanted Urza's and Mishra's cards to be the ones to tell you about the meld in their rules text
At the beginning of each end step, if there are three or more quest counters on this enchantment, you may put a Kraken, Leviathan, Octopus, or Serpent creature card from your hand onto the battlefield
If you use Ashling, this will always be red, but if you use Mass of Mysteries, this can be any color
(6/6/2025) "Flashback [cost]" means "You may cast this card from your graveyard if the resulting spell is an instant or sorcery spell by paying [cost] rather than paying its mana cost" and "If the flashback cost was paid, exile this card instead of putting it anywhere else any time it would leave the stack." (6/6/2025) You must still follow any timing restrictions and permissions, including those based on the card's type
