The overlap of I can barely kill this card the first time they cast it with even if Im a fair deck this is going to blank a noticeable percentage of my deck is a problem, and Ive yet to find a deck that solves it
This land works excellently in decks that run many permanents, as color devotion scales with each permanent that you currently control that has the respective color
