These are all fine to good

In a deck with lots of energy cards this is a comfortably 7/10 but by itself it is just a bad Abrade or Searing Spear

Not only is this half the price of most other cards you use for exactly the same purpose but it is also on a point in the curve where it is hard to do progressive and useful things otherwise

Impulse Impulse may not be the strongest card around, especially since it doesnt give you any card advantage, but it shines in combo strategies that require you to find key pieces to win the game or put you ahead
