A stock transmission has limited clutch material and its holding ability can be improved by increasing the amount of clutch apply pressure by reworking the stock valve body. New valve designs, new springs, oil port sizes, new governor piston dimensions and adjustments have been made. Larger ports increase flow rates which cools the oil and
