The Ring Tempts You is such a layered mechanic that its really hard to tell at this point how good its going to be (my prediction is: just okay)

Hariyama's second move is called Pivot Throw, this move requires three energy cards, two fighting and one colorless, and does 90 damage, however if your opponent's Pokemon attacks Hariyama during their next turn, that move is increased by 20
Cards like Second Harvest and Akroma's Will can be considered win more cards (aka cards that are basically only good when youre already winning or quite ahead of your opponents) so they can easily be taken out for something that can give a more consistent and long-term advantage
You can also pay one black mana to weaken a creature and getting you a minimum of two cards
