古い入れ子の蓋つき籠です。日本のものか、西洋のものかいまひとつはっきりしないのですが、四つ組の入れ子で、ころんとした可愛らしい形をしています。

口縁はわずかに薄造りなっています。

ラオス周辺の茶森を訪ねる旅をした時に、少数民族のヤオ族が暮らす小さな村落で出合ったものです。
