Artifacts have a problem similar to that of creatures, in that putting stories on them made them feel more like the receptacles (books and such) than the stories themselves

There are decks out there that simply have no hope of overcoming that amount of life gain, and Heroes' Reunion cast repeatedly can bury them

The galaxy brained way to use Clackbridge Troll is by pairing it with effects that give creatures -1/-1 and some death payoffs so that you get three triggers the moment those Goats ETB

It's that cheap cost that makes it work
