Captain NghathrodCaptain Nghathrod has an interesting design, and Im happy to see Horrors getting a commander, but he struggles to make a cohesive deck because hes pulling you in two directions
This means you can choose a lot of different win conditions by either focussing on token strategies, Elf synergies, or just generally keep your opponents with no cards in hand
It is much stronger than ordinary cards
But still its hard to fathom a card like Merfolk Raiders, whose entire rules text is phasing
