On the palate, it proves fresh, round and not very tannic, with a fruity finish. A pleasant, easy to drink wine. This wine goes well with ham, cheeses which are not too mature, casseroles with mild sauces, stewed pulses and hotpots, poultry, red meat, roasts and grills.
