Latios's ability to divebomb Benched Pokmon may help it appear in Psychic-type decks , but regardless, this will likely be one of the hot collectible cards due to its combined artwork with Latias ex (which appears later in this list)

While that last bit is unfortunate, you have the potential to hit for 100 damage, which is quite powerful
