Valentine M. B. E., of the Devonshire Regiment. Named in two places to A Sgt J. T. Windsor, B Company, 21st West Riding (Duke of Wellingtons). Generally sound condition, some creasing and discolouration, possible light water damage, but no staining. 61 pages.
