Spectral Force was a significant player in its day, and while things have certainly changed in the years since Time Spiral was released, its still clear that that is a solid rate for a creature

While none of the decks has horrible reprint value, the Cat deck is the clear winner, mostly thanks to Mirari's Wake, whichat over $13is the single most valuable reprint in any of the Commander 2017 decks
