Description

タイ北部の山岳民族の男性達によって作られている腰掛椅子です。

こちらは平安～鎌倉時代頃の猿投窯の山皿です。冷え枯れた灰焼けの猿投の胎土が楽しめます。

掛け花入として金具が仕込んでありますので、茶室の花入としておすすめいたします。野の草花がよく映える魅力的な花器だと思います。花入としてお使いになられるときは、落としを入れてお使いください。

中央には鉄の吊り輪が付けられており、錆を帯びた鉄の質感が、古い木肌とよく馴染んでいます。全体は重厚な作りで、ただの農具というより、木と鉄の力を備えた民具としての存在感があります。
