New Williams machines were made in Montreal by the Williams Mfg. Co., which was a direct competitor to the Singer Sewing Machine Co. The litho on the paper fan has an illustration that encompasses symbols of the British Empire, including England, Ireland, Scotland, Canada and Australia. A star to the right has text around it that reads Heavens Light Our Guide and beneath the Union
