Cask No. 53.344 NAS The reduced nose has burntCask No. 53. 344 A seaside picnic Islay This subtle nose starts with biscuity notes (jammy dodgers, blackcurrant tart, caf noir) then brine intrudes rock pools, barnacles on a yacht, a seaside picnic wood embers and damp tweed. The palate is a sweet salty citric combo sweet barley, green apple, lobster claws, tequila shots, liquorice and aniseed the finish is charred oak and smoke. The reduced nose has Atlantic breezes ruffling marram grass, sea
