The piece is loose fitting and does up with four buttons that are covered with blue chiffon and lace over the chiffon. It has a wide collar that is inset with lace at the neck and gathered in tucks at the lace so that it has a ruffled appearance. The sleeves are made in a capelet or angel wing form.
