I like this one quite a bit, as itll function like a combat trick a lot of the time, and it does just enough to compete with Lavaspur Boots and Rabbit Battery to be worth a look
Thanks to Lotus Petal, I can activate Warden of the First Trees third ability one turn earlier: And while my opponent and I will be trading life back and forth, my opponent will keep dipping lower and lower...UNLESS my opponent has the mana to also activate Elixir of Immortality, which conveniently gains exactly 5 life (matching the 5 +1/+1 counters)
Although other cards also do this, Leyline of Sanctity is so strong because you can play it for free if its in your opening hand
