This deck isn't hugely fun to play with or against, and while it's a noble idea to build around winning at any cost, it's just gone too far in the pursuit of the gimmick, and isn't very memorable as a result
Naturally, this makes cards like Diminishing Returns and Wheel of Misfortune quite attractive, but also opens up bonuses for playing cards like Howling Mine and Fevered Visions
You are of course playing it to exile one or two things you have few other ways to deal with in the deck and in this capacity there is no better card to play
Even if we end up casting it on the turn we do go off, it is mana-neutral, so it will not hurt us
Game two, you should sideboard in some wipe-resistant threats that will pressure your opponent into tapping out
