The distillery sources molasses exclusively from the Rocky Point Sugar Mill, the countrys last remaining private mill. Its unique character comes from a dual distillation process: a first pass through a column still followed by a final distillation in 'The Old Copper,' a legendary pot still in operation since 1889.
