LongStory : Chapter 3 Type_Wheat Beer - Wheat Wine 3 cl can Chocolate ToffeeFor the next chapter of our Imperial Stout collaboration series with our friend Erik Busch at LongStory Coffee we took inspiration from popular coffee drinks at his cafe. LongStory Chapter 3 is a Caff Mocha inspired Imperial Stout aged for over 15 months in a Switchgrass Spirits Bourbon barrel. It was then conditioned on LongStory barrel aged coffee, which was aged in a used Millpond Imperial Stout barrel, and Tanzanian cocoa nibs.
