Cotat Culs de Beaujeu Sancerre 2022 Producer_Georg Muller Made from the native whiteFrancois Cotat's domaine is based in one of the greatest of all the Sancerre villages, Chavignol, where he creates very unusual wines. Late picked, then barrel fermented using indigenous yeasts, these are a unique expression of Sancerre, and his best wines can age for decades. Rather than fruit on the nose, this wine offers up struck flint, oyster shells and fleur du sel. Balanced acidity, medium body, and very minerally, with flavours of camomile,
