Cask No. 46.151 Highland The palate retains the BaklavaWe were surprised to find an extremely rich and almost vaporous nose at first, with huge impressions of wintergreen, medicinal vapour rubs, herbal cough syrups and infusions, and things such as eucalyptus, mango coulis and then richer notes of heather ales. This was powerful and unusual! With water we got orange oils, throat lozenges, travel sweets, juniper wood, aged orange flavoured triple sec and some umami touches of bouillon and game meats. The
