Reel mechanics are in excellent condition. No cracks in the hard rubber. The clicker works well. On off click switch works fine and the spool spins freely in the off mode. The reel foot has been filed on each corner but done in a very uniform manner. A very nice classic JVH trout reel! This reel would polish up very well if one is
