I would recommend sorting by color, then further subdividing the cards
War Room excels in one or two color decks, offering a source of card draw in the manabase to prevent stalling out
This is poor tempo removal in that it gives them a 3/3 but it does cantrip which is pretty huge for a two mana removal spell
